The Australian Open festival is back this year and the festivities at Birrang Marr are upon us. Sitting on a big blue beanbag on a grassy knoll, watching the tennis on the big screen and sipping on a cold beverage in the sunshine with your friends is a great way to be spending the next week.
Entry is free and they have a big screen to watch the tennis on and a bunch of activities, music, food stalls and bars to keep you busy.
The Canadian Club Racquet Club is back again this year where they play some beats and serve cold beverages (CC and dry for me please). You can grab a beverage and snag a seat here under the umbrellas and watch the tennis.
Naturally you’ll want something to eat while you’re out so they have some food stalls setup including Huxtaburger and Hunky Dory to cure your hunger.
