A25 pizzaria a great place for pizza hangs, it’s got a casual vibe and the pizza is delicious. They use traditional Italian ingredients which makes all the difference. They have the classic pizzas along with their own creations like the carbonara pizza (my fave), the bunga bunga which was awarded best pizza and for dessert you can even order a Nutella pizza topped with cannoli.
They have Sangiovese on tap. Yes please.
The fries are awesome and have a spicy seasoning. Fries before guys.
Margarita is a classic and A25 do it well. It has the tomato sugo base with fior di latte, fresh basil and olive oil. Delicious. You can also add some prosciutto or hot salami if you’re feeling meaty. I love eating the crust with their chilli oil because it’s super-hot and clears the sinuses.
The carbonara pizza is insanely good. If you like carbonara pasta you are going to lose your mind over this pizza. It has free range eggs, big pieces of pancetta, fior de latte and sweet caramelised red onion on a creamy white base sauce with pecorino cheese, cracked pepper and extra egg if you so choose, and I do. It satisfies all your carbonara cravings and more. They even have a full egg yolk on the pizza that is still a bit runny omg it’s so good it’s the best part.
They have a special dessert called the Bomba which is an epic dessert that you can’t say no to. It’s a Nutella pizza with a generous amount of Nutella, thinly sliced strawberries, desiccated coconut and a pyramid of ricotta cannoli on top dipped in choc chips and pistachio. When this came out all eyes were on our dessert and it was as delicious as it looked.
The staff were lovely too. A25 is a great place to go when you're hankering some good pizza.
